Returns
You have 30 minutes from the time of purchase to return any food items from Dough Maestro's Pizzeria. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten or barely touched, and you need to present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team of experts will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Because freshness matters
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any food items left out for more than two hours, as freshness is a cornerstone of the Dough Maestro's Pizzeria experience. Our commitment to quality means that all returned items must be as close to their delivered state as possible.
Order Cancellations
For order cancellations, please contact us at least five minutes before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. If your order has already been made or is in the process of being delivered, we may not be able to cancel it.
Wrong Order
If you receive the wrong item, please call us immediately at +39 06 678 9056, and we will arrange to send the correct item as soon as possible or provide a full refund.
Missing Item
In the case that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of the delivery, and we will ensure the missing item is sent to you promptly or a refund for the missing item is processed.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
